Good luck with that V880.  Last I checked that processor wasn't supported in Linux.  I got OpenBSD to install on it and I heard of Gentoo working, but not for me.

Cheers for that. I'll download the fedora iso and install it one of our blades next week and let you guys know how I get on. I'm hoping to try  to cluster the workstations and server for staff here to use. Nobody seems to want to use Solaris!  In the blades I have XVR-100 and XVR-500 graphics card  and in the v880 we have a XVR-1200. I'm not holding out that they'll work but I'll test them all anyway.
