 	I found the sources ,  But I am not able to find a reference for the 
requirements to use or build(hah!-() createrepo .  I have an error from 
attempting to run it which gives me the idea that there ARE requirements .
 	One for sure is a rpm library for python .  But I am quite sure there'll 
be more .
 	Does anyone have a list of the required tools/libraries/... to make 
createrepo run on a NON RH-based syste ?
