Im personally all for turning off sparc32 support.  I think this cycle is too 
far gone to change things other than have no sparc32 kernel.  But I feel we 
should look at the flags we compile with in the next release. i.e 
change -mcpu=v7 to -mcpu=v8 on the 32 bit binaries.
