Check out quicktables (don't have the URL at the moment).  About 2 years 
ago I was using my Ultra 5 for just that purpose.  Its a shell script 
that sets up iptables for you - very nice and very easy to run...it will 
prompt you for various things about your network (like port forwarding 
from the outside in, firewall rules, etc).  Its pretty slick and very 
lightweight...
