I have an old Ultra2.
Oh, I'm catching up now, it's been a while since I played with my Sun.
I guess I'll need nptl-devel.sparcv9 also, yes.

I seem to remember reading that the sparcv9 packages perform somewhat
better on the 64 bit hardware. Is it worth replacing the ones that are
available for 2.0.
