Update:
    Installed and WORKS very nicely!!
    The Creator 30 frame buffer (FBB2) supports resolutions  up to
1600x1200.
I am happily running 1400x1050 & 1280 x 1024

footnote:  some grief (seemingly) seeing the cd drive on reboot
