[Aurora-sparc-devel] Kernel for 2.98 doesn't build from source rpm

Another nit: 

RPMs are built on several architectures, and the source rpms should 
include all the code for all the architectures.

This ifdef shouldn't be in the part of the rpm where patches and sources
are identified. Because of this, not all patches are included in the
SRPM file.

> %ifarch sparc
> Patch1720: linux-2.6-proc-self-maps-fix-NOUTRACE.patch
> %else
> Patch1720: linux-2.6-proc-self-maps-fix.patch

There should be two separate patches here, and the conditional selecting
which one to apply should be in the preparation section.
